Tommy:
I sold an '83 Toyota truck about 5 yrs. ago with over 300K on it. It's still running and now has a little over 400K. Sold an '87 Accord over a yr. ago - had just over 300K and it's still running.
All still have orig. engine and transmission.
Maint. is the keyword & you have obviously done that to reach 200K.
In my experience, a lot of "not your usual" maint. items pop up at that mileage. Sooner or later, you may need to have the starter or alternator rebuilt. Like you mentioned, suspension items do wear, but don't stop you from driving in most cases.
Stay on top of the eng. oil/filter and tranny fluid/filter as you have. If rear-wheel drive, change differential fluid once every year.
I'll bet you can go another 100k or so easy.
In the end, it's really hard to predict when a car is going to "die". Sometimes people experience electrical gremlins in older cars with mileage. Once that starts, it's time to chunk it and move on. Those kinds of problems can be very hard to diagnose and repair.
My 2 cents.
