Squeaky noise coming from steering wheel and maybe door
I have a 98 and there is an obnoxious squeaking noise coming from the steering wheel and maybe door, it is loudest when the car goes over bumps, even the smallest imperfection in the road will make it squeak. Any ideas on how to stop the squeaking?

If a squeak when going over bumps could be the sway bar bushings or the link that ties the bar to the suspension.

Try driving over a bump on one side of the car then the other to narrow down the location. If a bushing or link, replacing them is a DIY job.

This is a typical problem, do a TN history search of Camry forum for other posts.
