USA Rear window switch replacement.

Folks,

I have a 96 Avalon XLS. The driver side rear window does not roll down. However, when there is heavy rain and I press down the window switch (in the driver side door panel), it works sometimes and the window rolls down. So I know that the motor is fine. How do I replace the switch (I do not know how to get the panel off which has all the window switches). Is there a special tool to get the panel off? Also is replacing the switch straightforward and if so what should I order?

TIA.

no special tools, just a flathead screwdriver. stick it down from the top(pointy part) around 1 1/4 inches and pry up in the middle. and thats it. any questions, just ask
