97 Avalon door speakers (pics)

I believe (going purely on memory) there are 2 screws under the covers in arm rest, two or three at the botttom of the door, then 3 with the push it, pull out type (2 on left side, 1 on right maybe?) After getting all screws out, if you slightly pull (mine helped pulling up just a little), the door handle cover will come off. Then just pull panel like the panel was shut, and unplug wires.

check my postings i have some pics up.

there are two screws by the door jam under covers. 4 screws on the bottom of the door. you have to remove the trim for the door handle. there is a pin on the outside edge of the panel that needs to be pushed in then pulled out. there is one screw under a cap in the middle of the arm rest. and there is one more screw located underneath the window switch. remove the window switch by prying up at the pointy end of the switch, it may seem hard but thats how its done. you need to pry off the black ring around the speaker that is in there to remove it, and the screws that hold the speaker in are small hex screws.

i have pics up, and any more questions lemme know.

Here is my picture with the screw locations, pin location and trim circled.
hope it helps
