does anyone, or can anyone, get a pic posted of the location of the rear door drain plugs? i cant find mine? or it may have been painted over years ago, i have water in my door that may have screwed up my window motor again.

It is right along the bottom sill of the door. There are two of them on the door. I will try to take a picture of them tomorrow morning for you.

Found them.
I dont know why i didnt see them sooner
I thought those were clips holding the rubber strip along the bottom on, or perhaps covers for screws. those little guys were really hard to yank out, but WOW DID A LOT OF WATER COME OUT. i drilled my own drain holes in the bottom of the door in the past and those helped to at least keep the water level down in the door but hopefully my new window motor will come back to life soon.
