Been lurking a few weeks on here learning about the 97 Avalon XLS I bought from my Dad. Paid 2700 for it with about 150k on it. Car runs real good just has the usual problems on it. Leaky valvecovers, blown speakers(all thanks to my wife lol) drivers door window motor dead and the usual target run door dings thanks to pop not watching how close he parked. I had new tires installed and the valvecovers done so now the speakers and window to work on hext also maybe change out the spark plugs and wires. welcome to the forum, car should treat you well, those are both easy fixes, you could get them all done in a half a day if you have all the parts, and mind as well do the window motor when you have the door panels off to replace the speakers.
