transmission replacement

I need to replace the transmission on my 96 Avalon. The Haynes manual says the Toyota manual says to remove the trans from the bottom, but they suggest to remove the motor and trans as one and seperate after. I would rather remove from the bottom, but I don't have a shop manual. Can someone give me a copy of the trans removal proceedure from a Toyota shop manual? I appreciate your help.

Unfortunately the Toyota service manual has the engine and trans almost removed from the engine compartment before the trans is unbolted. Both units end up hanging from a host then the trans is then disconnected and dropped out the bottom.

Just as easy to just remove the engine and trans completely from above then unbolt trans.
