Adding fog lights

My 99 avalon doesn't have fog lights on them and I wanted to add them. What does this involve and what are they wired to so they turn on like they would on an avalon with the fog lights stock?

i have wanted to install fog lights in my avalon that also came without them, and i believe that they are prewired, but missing the lights and switch. but all you have to do to install stock fog lights is pop out the filler insert and screw the new housings in, other than that, i havent tackled it yet.

I added them to my 1997. I just bought the rectangular ones and a relay kit from blains farm and fleet, the car is not pre-wired in my case, but the relay kit has the wires, you just have to lengthen them. for the switch I just went to the toyota dealer and got a foglight switch for a early 90's camry, that fit right into the blank next to the traction control button, looks stock from the inside. Ill post pictures later this week
