Which solenoid, the trans has at least 3. All should be able to be replaced by dropping the trans pan.

Might review the Camry posts, the V6 option uses the same trans.

It's reading code P0773
I took of the oil pan but no acses they are deep inside.

Are you sure about the access. Typically the solenoid is easy to remove and held in by one bolt.

Should be at the front of the trans nearer the torque converter area.

Shift solenoid SL (also called E) operates the torque converter lockup.

The trans manual states nothing other then the pan needs to removed to access the solenoid.

I dont see them when I open it may be easy in A540 trany but this one looks like I have to take of VALVE BODY first

Should be a small, cylindrical piece with one wire attached and a bracket holding by one screw. I can't tell if they are on top of the valve body or the bottom but here's everything you should possibly need. (Google is your friend!) www.camrystuff.com/manuals/Gen3/ax2.pdf
