Gen1 '97 Avalon Audio Help.

I bought 5 1/4 Sony Xplode speakers for my car, that hold 140 watts.
Unfortunately, when i bought the car the aftermarket stereo is a Kenwood KDC-MP202. The RMS output is 17 watts, and the max is 45 watts.
My bass isn't deep..it sounds like a "clunck".
I'm looking for an amp no more than 200 watts, that's not too pricy.
and a sub to accompany it. i don't want too much bass, but i want some thump.
i've tried looking for a combination of an amp and sub but i haven't found much.

Please and Thankssssss.
-Ash

I would just try the local sound shop, it sounds like you may need to upgrade the headunit to something better.

check if your headunit has a sub-output cause that would help a lot. I would look at sub/amp combos. i have seen sony xplod sub/amps that run very affordable. also check some sales at a big box store. and if you are around looking, they may be able to help you out with some more info.
