Rotors stuck

Hoping someone will help me out here. I have a '97 Avy and I'm trying to replace the rotors and pads. The rotors will not budge, I have used PB Blaster and a hammer and still nothing. I read elsewhere that there is a bolt you can use to screw into a thread on the rotor that will back it out. Does anyone know what size that bolt is so I can go get one. Thanks.

BTW, I did release the e-brake. Also, I am assuming nothing else needs to be done but to remove the calipers and the rotors should come off.

Thanks guys, I got it off (at least 1 side anyway). I used a bigger hammer (20 pound sledge) that others at another forum recommended.
