removing the wiper fluid tank

'96 Avalon
It seems that my wiper fluid tank has a leak in it. I fill it up and then within 15 minutes it's all on the pavement below. Ok, so I tried to remove it to get a good look at it. Took off the bottom splash guard(?) directly underneath the tank, but then I was stumped. There is one obvious screw on top, but after undoing that, the tank still feels solidly attached probably in two other places or more. Looking down from the top, I can see one screw kind of on the side but pretty much inaccessible to a wrench. Surely I don't need to remove the whole bumper to get at this tank? Any ideas?

check the hose at the bottom first! mine was leaking as well, and turns out there was a hose with a ~30* bend in it that had a crack on the inside of it.
fill up the tank and go underneath and then have someone use the sprayers and see if its the hose leaking before you take the whole tank out. also believe it or not, like a week after i fixed that, the sprayer motor went and it took a long time to find a replacement at a salvage yard.

Agree with the above advise. My '96 was leaking also. It was in the angled piece in the line right out of the pump. I just removed it and replaced it with 6 inches of 3/8" plastic tubing.
