No remote, FCC ID question for 99 XLS

Will an FCC ID remote: GQ43VT14T work on my 99 XLS which calls for
FCC ID of: GQ43VT7T? The latter of these two can either be ordered without a panic button or without a trunk button. I can't find one that has all four buttons like the first one. I would like to know if the first one will be fully operational with my car or if it won't even communicate with it and I have to get the exact FCC ID remote?
Or am I completely missing one that does have all four buttons with the appropriate FCC Id?
I've done tons of searching and can't find much on this detail.
Thanks!

You'll need one with the exact same FCC ID as the original remote to match the receiver box in the car, which has the exact same serial number as the remote fob except for the last letter which has "R" for receiver instead of "T" on the fob which stands for transmitter.

If you're not sure what the serial number is, check the receiver box in the car. On a '99 I believe its under the front passenger seat, if its not there then its in the trunk on the driver's side behind the pre-formed trunk liner panel.

Ok I won't be getting the car til wed night so I'll have to check then. The owners manual is where it says that it wants a remote with Fcc ID GQ43VT7T though.

In a different direction would it be more advisable to purchase a combo remote start/alarm since I'm going to get the remote start anyway? Then I won't have to deal with not getting a button I want on the remote...
Thank you for you help!
