Battery Terminal Clamp

Been having problems with car starting and loose battery clamp.
Battery guy said to replace the clamp. Do I need to use only Toyota clamp or can I use a universal?
Lot more $$$ between the two.
The universal has two screws to release the clamp; the toyota has only one.

Thanks

Yeah, my negitive clamp became loose, arced and destroyed a good portion of it

Picked up $1 clamp from autozone, works like a charm! Just make sure you dont cut the wire too short.

While you're at it, considering all the MAD LOOT you're saving, pick up a pair of those fuzzy washer, and a battery post and terminal cleaner. Run you up a whole nother 2 dollars. But you'll have superior contact!

Excellent advice! Most people forget to clean the terminals and then properly install them. Do it right and it'll save you lots of grief for very little extra cost.
