Do I need to remove the bumper to get the headlight out? If so, what screws and nuts am I looking for?

I've got a '99 Avalon and need to replace the headlight unit b/c there's condensation building up in it. I have the replacement unit, but how do I take out the old and put in the new? Some detailed directions would be awesome b/c I'm not familiar with this procedure. THANKS!
