Different Interior????

I have 2 questions. Does the ECT button light up? Mie has never lit up so i was wonder if maybe my bulb was burnt out?

But anyways here is my other question. I was doing a search on how to remove the trim around the radio, HVAC.... b/c i had a burnt out bulb in my HVAC. But i came across swifjustice's car. He too has a '95 Avalon XLS just like i do. But he shifter is on the floor where as mine is on the column? Any ideas as to why?

here is the interior his car

The ECT button never lights up. Its just a button for you to activate/deactivate the ECT. (personally, I like the ECT button. ECT-i engines suck because if you depress the gas pedal too far, the engine will kick down a gear to give you more power earlier when you dont want it while the ECT button allows you to control if you want the car to shift gears at lower RPMs or higher RPMs)

The 2nd question you are posing is a simple one: You have a six seater while swifjustice has a 5 seater. This explains why his gear shifter is on the floor and yours is on the steering column.
