'99 needs fixing.. help!

I'm thinking about buying a '99 Avalon XLS off my mom that's been sitting around for about a year.. it has a few issues, namely a broken passenger side mirror and both front turn signals are missing the glass.. Also there is one tire that is different than the rest, I think it was a spare that was just left on there.

So where can I get a passenger side mirror for the best price? Should I get an original mirror like this or will an aftermarket Kool-Vue mirror like this be just as good? The Kool-Vue mirror is quite a bit less expensive (have found them for as little as $17 dollars!) but if they're noticably different I will just get the original part. Also is there anything special to be known when installing a power-mirror?

The turn signals.. is there any difference between the trim levels of the sedan regarding turn signals/lights?

Lastly in order to remedy the issue with the oddball wheel, should I buy one new tire of the same type as the other three? Or should I replace two or all four at a time to make sure the car handles predictably?

Thank you for any help.. Most of the questions I already have a good idea on I just want some advice from those of you that Really know what they're talking about. Also I wouldn't hesitate to take the car to an auto-shop if need be.. I'd just rather do it all myself for the learning experience.

Thanks again!

If only the mirror is broken a mirror shop may be able to cut one to fit. The mirror glues onto the backing plate that moves.

Looks like 98 to 99 fits on the turn signal lens. See link below:

Might visit a few auto salvage yards and check Craiglslist for cars being parted out.

FYI the Avalon shares a lot of parts with the Camry having the V6 option. The Avalon is an upscale Camry.
