+20 Hp Mod Chip???

Ok, so i was scanning through ebay for the oh so many mods for our avalons, and i came across this: http://cgi.ebay.com/ws/eBayISAPI.dll...m=120359496944 I know these are one of those too good to be true things, but i scanned through the feedbacks and they seemed to be working for the toyotas. I am planning to buy it just for fun to try it out since it is only like $13. But before i did anything, i wanted to get everyone elses thoughts or experiences on these. I've also heard these can screw up the engines, but what do i know? Thanks for any help guys!

What is that, a 20 watt resistor "propperly fitted" by jamming the leads into the removed stocket?

(I bet they're being conservative with their gains!)
