factory alarm
Hi all,
Just looking for assistance with troubleshooting the factory alarm for a '95 Avalon XLS -
a few different things are happening with as follows
- it is going off randomly when parked & locked ...
- when jumping connectors 11 & 12 at the lamp fail module to program the remote, the car fails properly respond (by cycling the door & trunk locks)
This method of programing was demonstrated to me by my local mechanic and had worked for the remote fob I purchased on ebay... but no longer works...
Just wonder if the max # of remotes are in the system - and is there a method to clear the system...
Other than that - can you help me troubleshoot this? Thanks.
