Might look into Camry springs. The two cars should have the same suspension.

From what I've researched and found out from solaraguy the gen1 solara/gen 4 camry suspension is interchangeable. The only problem is the avalon may tend to "sag" lower with lowering springs cause we are heavier. So when looking for the ride height, you may have to remember to add some more height to be expected with the drop.. (thanks to asg and others on sg for the info)

Think about the Exhaust pipe, etc...before lowering.

Avalon front exhaust pipes were designed to be lower (poor design). By lowering the springs, you are increasing the chances of exhaust flex pipe damage. Avalon front exhaust pipe is one piece with catalytic convertor (another poor design/thinking). Flex pipe has to be welded.
