1995 Avalon Backeat Removal

I am trying to remove my backseat in my 95 Avalon XL, and I have managed to get the bench out, but no luck taking out the back part of the seat.
I took both of the 12mm bolts out on each side, but it appears that their are 2 more bolts I need to take out that are also holding the seatbelt buckles in place, and not only are they IMPOSSIBLE to turn, I really would rather not mess with saftey features.
Are these required to take out for removal?

Have you tried pulling up on the rear seat cushion?

Yeah, but it didnt budge much, and I didnt want to break it.
Should it come out without taking the middle 2 out?
It has metal loops that look just like the ones on the side.

Is this a flip down rear seat?

If rear one piece set, there is one bolt on each side of the seat. If a seat with fold down center secton, one bolt on each side of each seat section.

The seat belt bolts normally only bolt down the belt, not belt and sometihing else.

The belt bolts are torqued to around 32 ft-lb, they should just unbolt if needed.
