97 Avalon question

Hello I bought a 97 Avalon and the bumper seems to be peeling some paint not a lot just a bout an inch long and I hues the previous owner put some bondo to cover up the missing paint is there anything I can do instead of painting the bumper I hate seeing that pink line. Second question im planning on taking out the speakers and tweeters do you guys think it would be a good idea to put pioneers 3 way in the front and back doors would that be to much voice? I have a 2000 wat kicker comp sub I want to put in the trunk.
