Question Brake Bleed Procedure on '99 w/ABS

I am planning to do a brake bleed on a on '99 w/ABS and wanted to know if there is any special procedures, like a ECU/PCM reset? Any issues with the ABS pump? Anyone with experience with bleeders from Mytivac, Motive Products or check valve hose?

Bleed the system normally. Have someone operate the brake pedal while you open/close the bleeder valve. The ABS is a separate system from the "normal" brake lines.
