My Busted 95 Avy

Hello just wanted to post pictures of all the things I have done to my car.

I shaved the Avalon badge on the right and applied a TRD badge on it and also changed the license plate holder with TRD ones.

My K2 Exhaust and how the welds look

My engine compartment

Installed was a Cosmo Short Ram Intake and also a cheap Ebay Strut bar.

I will update very soon with pictures of my LED swap inside my car and my cold cathode because it isnt very dark yet. haha.

I noticed you left the bottom piece of air filter box. Would it bring more air if you took it out?

Well my reasoning might be super wrong, but I think that it will be like a funnel and point the air towards my air filter.

But than again I might be wrong.

Im loving the lights your running. Dome light looks really good. The dome light on my car doesnt seem to work. if i hit it really hard it will go on. i think it has something to do with the connect.

Tough to know without doing air study but leaving box pointing at it might pull cooler air. In general it is an iffy mod. Great for sound but questionable for power because you might be getting warmer engine air instead of cool outside air. Would be much more effective with some type of hood ram...but that would really alter the appearance.

What LEDs did u use for the cluster gauge. I used some 5 way ultra wides and everything is blue with no red. Yours seems to have red.

They are just 9006 bulbs. no kit. My friend gave them to me because he switched to HID's so he gave them to me.

Regular halogen bulbs with color are usually never that bright. If you want brightness you have to go natural white halogen or HIDs.

I could show you a place in Addison that sells some tinted halogens and HIDs.

Me and my mom both have Xentec HID kits, never had any problems. There like $65 shipped on eBay. Never had any problems. Any local shop is gonna overcharge you for some crappy china kit.
