Instrument Cluster

Hello everyone,

I've owned my 97 Avalon for about 2 months now and all is going well. I was

wondering has anyone tried to replace the instrument cluster with one from a

lexus es300 or any other model ? I think it would add a lot to the car

if it can be done ? Thanks for any advice or input on the subject.

The problem is that the cluster in the 92-96 ES300(i'm pretty sure it's the most comparable to the first gen avys), is not much like the one we have. It has different plugs, which would be quite annoying to adapt, and it most likely is electrically different since it is using a digital Odometer.
