HELP? How the Heck do Ya GET TO

the driver's side turn signal / cornering lamp /parking light ?
There's a small screw that holds it to the Headlight assembly, but it still doen't want to come out? There's a fuse box/electrical panel thing past the front bulkhead....
do you have to go in from the fender liner? I'm not sure my arm's long enough !
Or do you have to remove the whole under-the-bumper-cover-panel-thing just to get this little bitty bulb that has to work for safety inspection?

Did Toyota hire some Honda engineers for this or what the heck were they thinking?
Surely there's a "right" way to do this and I'm just not seeing it !
Any assistance would be greatly appreciated!

I'm pretty sure you just have to pull...It might be a little scary but that's how it goes. You might break a clip at it, but you should be fine once the screw is back in.

Thank you, sir! Definitely kinda scary. Certainly feels like something will have to break in order to come out the front.
Think I might take a time out and see if I can locate some drawings on this one.

If pulling it out dosent work, try pushing it towards the side of the car. I messed with mine a little bit back, I questioned myself for a little bit too, but it wasn't too hard. However I can't remember the exact way it comes out.

Is this the LR or LF? If its the front, you just have to pull it forward while moving the lens up a little. If its the rear, there should be metal pin the holds it in on the side of the fender. You need to move the lens up, then get your hand under it and pull to the left to get the pin to pop out.
