Bolts holding back seat in..

Today I pulled out my whole back seat to fix a squeek coming from the rear deck of my car... Everything was going pretty well until it came to reattaching the back of the seat.

anyone have any suggestions for getting the chunk of bolt out?

Edit: I guess after typing this out I came to the conclusion of drilling it out...

Any luck removing this bolt? What kind of a drill bit did you use?

Hit the bolt with some PB Blaster for a day or two. Then use an E-Z out set. If all else fails, use a slightly smaller drill bit and drill it out, then use a tap to clean up the threads. Be sure to use a center punch before drilling any holes. You can start off with a small drill bit and work your way up in steps to the final size.

Looks like someone already had that seat out, and had a similar bolt problem
