95 avalon A/C Problem (I searched)

Hi, I am a recent proud owner of a 95 Avalon Xls. Everything worked great when I bought the car, but a day later, not so great. I Had the A/C on and I got onto a highway ramp. As soon as I gave it a little gas my a/c system shut off (no blower motor, outside temp comes on and off, a/c lights blink). I diagnosed it to be the a/c clutch smoking bad (new compressor w/ clutch on its way). My question is why doesn't the blower motor work without the a/c? Also I have alldata and they say nothing about a 10 amp fuse in my passenger side kick panel, like my owners manual states. Any help would be greatly apperciated.

If someone could atleast tell me where this 10 amp A/C fuse? Someone that has actually replaced it. I have torn everything apart in the area and still no fuse at all just relays.

The relay box under your hood should have some fuses in it.
