I suppose I should be more constructive than just giving you some barf smilies...
Some people on my Civic forum have been digging up mid-90s Volvo front lips and screwing them in to the bumper. They look pretty good, and are apparently really cheap.
Let's see, I'll dig it up here, it should apply to any car you want to put it on:

This if for the guys that like that garage door lip but want it a little bigger. It's also super cheap only cost me $12 . All you need to do is go to your local junk yard or steal one (i don't recommend the second part). It's got to be off of a 1990 ish Volvo so look for them.
The things you need is:
Heat gun
Razor knife
self tapping screws
screw gun, Screwdriver is ok to but it's just going to take longer.
What you want to do is cut some V shaped pieces in the corners where the lip does the 90 degree turns. This will allow the lip to fold more and contour the Ep bumper easier. This is where the heat gun comes to play. Use the heat gun to make the lip bend easier and slowly bend it to fit the bumper.
Ok after this you want to center the lip on the bumper and put two screws in to hold it in place. After you do that work your way to the end of the lip by fitting and screwing the rest of the lip on. So just slowly screw off from side to side and making sure the lip is going on evenly (when i mean side to side i mean from the center outwards).
The corners are a little tricky but if you have someone to help you it will be much easier.
Ok now comes the last part. The Volvo lip is slightly longer than the Ep bumper so you will need to trim it. I used a razor knife with a nice new sharp blade and it worked out perfect, but you can use whatever you feel will work best for you. Anyways i just followed the bumper line straight down and cut them to look as OEM as possible.
*tip* lift the car up in the air on jack stands. This will allow you to get under there and screw it off more easily. Also less bending and on your back work.

There's also a thread on there about using some trim from Home Depot for garage doors, but I don't think it looks as good as the Volvo one.
Here is that DIY:
