stopping the rust before it destroys my car

My uncle is a mechanic, has his own shop but he does all of the work himself. He did a bandage job because he could only get to the outer portion (by the rear right tire). Anyone know of a place who can deal with all of the rust at a reasonable price? TIA.

Sorry, you're on your own with this. Body shops don't want to touch a car with rust, because of the occurrence of it coming back, plus they would need to offer a warranty for the work, which they aren't going to do. How do I know this, because I have inquired of a repair shops, even the manufacturer, about rust issues. If you want to "save" this car, you'll have to do the rust repair on your own.

Rust is, unfortuantely, like cancer for cars. You can maybe fix it temporarily but it will come back.
