Interior electrical problem

Hi all, I'm new to the site. I'm hoping somebody can help me with a weird problem.

I have a 96 avalon. I have no power to the heater, ac, stereo, clock, rear windows or mirror adjustor.

the heater, ac, clock and stereo happened at the same time. All the fuses are good. Is there a relay, fusible link or larger circuit breaker hiding somewhere upstream of these? I'd rather not have to pay a hundred and something for a wiring diagram. This thing has lots of fuse panels, maybe i missed one. 3 under the hood and 1 under the dash.
