1998 Avalon XLS - Throws P1705 Error Code

My 1998 Avalon XLS (202,000 miles) is currently throwing the P1705 check engine code. After research I am told this is a "direct clutch speed sensor" malfunction. My question is regarding my options for securing the sensor. Do I have to get it at the Toyota Dealer or can I secure it elsewhere ( ebay, junkyard, etc.). With my high miles I am trying to keeps costs down to a minimum.

Any help you could offer would be appreciated......

Rockauto shows a Part# 0905021 "Vehicle Speed Sensor". Is this the same thing I am looking for?
