Post Noob here with a 99 avalon

Hey guys, I am new to these forums, I am an 6thgen accord owner, and now I own a 99 Avalon XLS.

I also been searching the forums to answer some of my questions, but I still have a engine question. I want to seafoam my car, and from all the threads people say the brake booster line is the best method. But for the life of me I cant seem to find the brake booster line, I took a quick pic of my engine and hoping someone will point it out to me.

I know some of you may be thinking , but I apologize for bringing such a dumb question.

anyway here is the pic of my engine

In the top right half of the picture, its the line that is running straight along the firewall. It will curve downward and connect the the black round brake booster behind the master cylinder and have a metal clip holding it in place.

Just squeeze the clip with some pliers, slide it up, and pull the hose off the brake booster.

PCV valve is on the rear bank of cylinders, and I would imagine would be a royal pain to get at for this purpose.

I've used Seafoam many times, and the brake booster line is the way to go hands down.

yea I did it with the brake booster line. Oddly enough a lot of smoke came out when I was still pouring the seafoam through the hose. But once I turned off the car and started it up, very little smoke came out.

How much Seafoam should be delivered to the brake booster line? Just use a funnel to put it into the line?? Thanks!
