1997 avalon misfiring and running on 5 cylinders

Hello I just bought the vehicle and have been looking over records. New plugs (NGK R) BKR6EKPB11 installed last month and new wires 30k miles ago. I have pulled the plugs and the plug on cylinder 2 (front of engine on left) was black and the others all looked good but the plug in cylinder 1 (rear of engine on left) has 2 burn marks on the porcelain near the dual split tips. I pulled the 3 front coil packs up out of the car with the engine running one at a time and they all had good spark. Then I pulled the 3 wires off the front coils that go to the back plugs and cylinder 4 coil wire that goes to the rear to cylinder 1 seemed like a reddish color spark?? I also tested all the fuel injectors and unplugged all 3 in the rear and the car ran different so they are working. When I unplug the first one on the front (cylinder 2 fuel injector) the car does not change at all and the other 2 on the front the car caused the car to change. So I tried switching the injectors from cylinder 1 to cylinder 6 and cylinder one with the good injector from cylinder 6 still had no change?? I listened and felt all 6 injectors and they are ticking strong....I am stumped. Thanks in advance for any ideas.

If you are having problems with the entire engine, you may want to check out some components that affect the whole thing. Have you looke at your Mass Air Flow Sensor at all? Or there is a possibility of a faulty O2 sensor? Just something else to look at...

These are from a 5s-fe but look at yours for cracks or burn holes.
