Power Antenna Anatomy

Need an exploded view of the inner workings of the power antenna. Should have taked pictures during disassembly, but.......

What is this rectangular plastic piece with the miniature rubbere grommet! Thought is was on the end of the plastic ceble track? But then, I don't see how it fits on again if you slide the mast and track unto the unit in-situ then power it off to pull in the track.
