Fog Light Bulb Change

How do I change the passenger side fog light bulb in a 1999 Avalon? I can't find a way to the back of the housing to remove and replace the burned out bulb.

Access is from underneath the vehicle. You will have to remove the hard plastic panel near the wheel first to see the light socket. It's a little tricky but not too hard. Hope this helps.
