Other than visually inspecting your Avalon from stem to stern, the only other thing I can think of is to lube the chassis. Also, if your battery is over 4 years old I'd replace it as a matter of course.

And the battery was replaced about 2 years ago and it seems fine, and in what areas would i lube the chassis?
Since it's a minor part of the overall cost of maintaining your Avalon, I'd recommend getting a factory service manual from Haynes or Chilton which will provide all the points. They should include as well the door hinges and trunk lock. I used to do mine but got lazy after the first year and now my private mechanic does it for me....

LOL, you only should change the rear diff fluid when you drive in reverse alot...
Toyota refused to put a rear diff in the Avalon - I say we petition for a safety recall.
its been a while since ive done this . i believe you unplug the vacume line that goes to the brake booster and add the seafoam from there with the engine running. the engine vacume will suck the liquid out of the can.
The procedure is pretty much outlined on the can. I would use half the can in both through the brake booster and through the PCV valve and the other half in the crank case or gas tank. After a few hundred miles I would changed the plugs out to, there's a chance that the Seafoam may have loosened some stuff out and fouled the plugs up.
