1995 Avalon wont start-tried everything!

OK Guys and Gals- im needing some insight here! First off- I have replaced the starter, the battery, and the key switch(not the actual ignition switch). My terminals are clean, the cables are in great shape. All that being said, here's the problem. You can drive the car for about 30 mins or so with no problems. Go in the store, come out and go to start the car, and it wont turn over. The lights on the dash come on as normal but when you turn the key to the start position you hear a SINGLE CLICK FROM THE PASSENGER SIDE FOOT PANEL not a clicking sound from the starter itself. It's as if the current isn't making it to the starter at all! You can try and jumpstart it, but it still won't turn over! After letting it sit for a few hours it will start right up and you can drive for weeks w/o any more problems! Im thinking its a starter relay; so does anyone know where they are located in the car? Also, what is the single click I hear from the passenger side foot panel? Thanks for your help!!

Well- I was able to locate the two starter relays for my Avalon. One is a 12v 30A Bosch relay behind the passenger side foot panel(the single click i was hearing) and the other is a 12v Denso under the hood next to the battery. I had a few spares laying around from a wrecked Avy i parted a few years back. It starts for now-I'll keep you posted- but I will listen to any suggestions on this subject that any of you have to share! thanks again!
