A.c. Controls

Air Condition And Heater Control Unit On 1996 Avalon Xls Only Operates On High. Will Not Operate On Low Or Medium. Replaced It With Another Unit Same Thing. Need Help Or Suggestions.

it is on the blower motor housing under the right side of the dash.it is a rectangle shaped box held in with 2 torx or phillips screws.right by the blower motor and the hump in the floor .

does it just snaps out or screws out and can it be brought from parts store.

they run 50-60$ at auto zone. the resistor is held in with( t20 torx ) i think. maybe they are phillips head screws.
