Do a little googling. Ksport is one of the cheapest coilovers. I've read a lot of bad stuff about them on internet forums...Adjusters coming loose, seals leaking, each strut with different rates...etc.

On the low end, Megans and Teins seem to be recommended more often.

Megans and Tein start around $1500............at least all the places that I have been checking. Does anyone know somewhere "cheap"? or anyone that has a used set to sell

The Megan's run about the same as the KSports ($1000) on Ebay, but they only have ones for newer generations Camrys/Avalons. There is also a "basic" Tein system that runs under $1000, but I couldn't find it available for the Gen1 Avalon.

Here is another discussion regarding the lower priced brands.

Thanks, can't I use the same suspension as for the 1995-1999 Camry or the 1999-2001 Solara, as long as it it the V6 model?
