I have the rear brake pads off on my '99 Avalon, thinking a warped rotor has caused the wobbling drag I get. The rotor isnt warped, and I cant get the pad carrier off, the bolts are too rusted. So am I looking at a bad hub, or something else? I'm really not an auto expert, just poor enough to diy. Thanks in advance for your answers.
