toyota camry 1999. timing belt

I have a camry 1999. Put 130000 miles on it. when should I change the timing belt and do I have to change the tentioner bearing and the water pump.
Can I change it my self require help on this.
Is this engine(motor ) interface engine I ment do the piston touch the valve if the timing belt brakes.

Change it soon,real soon. I dont think pump/tensioner should automatically be replaced. Look em over and decide. Probably cannot do yourself without help, if belt brakes nothing will be damaged. P.S. I'm assuming we're talking about a V-6?

if u have the cash i would change the water pump when u change the timing belt. and i agree change it soon. 1mz timing belt isnt a hard t belt to do.if u run into problems just ask we will help.
