Not sure. I put Vogtland's on my car and they work great (same price.) The Vogtland's are heat treated and should never sag. They lowered the car just short of 2 inches.

The only issue was waiting for them to be manufactured in Germany.

As pmesfun mentioned, I posted a few pics. The "kit" is just the Vogtland springs coupled with Tokico HP's. I bought the struts separately but the didn't save much over the kit cost...if at all. The car handles night and day better than before.

They make the springs in small batches in Germany. I made the mistake of not ordering the springs when they weren't in stock. By the time I noticed they were again, they sold out, so I had to wait for another manufacturing cycle...3-4 months.

The KYB-GR2's are a bit softer than the Tokicos and provide ride and handling more similar to the original shocks. I also, thought I read somewhere that the Tokicos had a better durability record, but I don't recall specifically where I read that and plenty of people post good things about the KYB's which are a little cheaper. Because I was lowering the car, and didn't want it to bottom, and because I like sportier handling, I went with the Tokicos.

Last year, when the avalon belonged to dad he only replaced the front struts(KYB-GR2), and mounts.. Now, when ever I have a 5 people in the car, the back bottoms out on almost every little bump. The kyb's are still to soft in the front, that said I will go with tokico struts and vogtland springs.

Thanks ImDisaster for your help.

You are welcome, pmesfun. My Avalon's rear springs had totally sagged. With a couple people in the back it was nearly bottomed. Every little bump caused the tire to rub. With the new springs and shocks, and wider tires, it only scrapes when hitting a speed bump very hard. I could fix that by rolling the rims, which I might do.

The Vogtland's are heat treated and aren't supposed to sag. We've got maybe 7K on them with no sign of any change in ride height.
