Gen1 all new AC parts and the ac will not cool!

Well friends I have to say I am just about ready to scream over this 3 year nightmare of a ac issue. I have spent $400 at the shop THIS IS serious!

I just went and bought a NEW compressor a NEW condensor and a NEW dryer. I made sure to tape off each port so no air to contaminate the system.

I put new o rings in everywhere. that came apart. I got the comp with oil from techchoiceparts and the dryer too. The only thing now is there seems to be a blockage.

At the shop today the dude put his machine on and says
well you have 400 on the high side. Too much oil..and I had only used
two small cans of interdyanmic nasa brand freon so the can says 11 oz of actual freon plus 1 ounce of oil so 22 oz of freon that would not make it have too much freon right? the front sticker says 1.98lbs of freon. I had put around 2 ounces of pag 8 oil with dye in the new dryer and it was not ciruclating at all...the condensor was not even getting hot..while at the shop today.

then the low side was sucking air in so we changed out the shrader valve.

This was suppose to be a free ac check. I get there then get told well I have to remove the freon so if you want I can keep the freon and not charge you to reinstall the freon.

this is why I hate to go to the shop I always give money and hardly EVER get the car fixed right.

I am so frustrated I almost feel like just putting back on my old compressor and getting my 205 back and just say screw the ac system..ARRRRG

The high side is sky high,
I'll bet you (or they) didnt change the expansion valve,

Do it , they are dirt cheap and are cheap insurance:

They do tend to clog easily, and will cause the high press side to sky rocket.

Yes just ordered the expansion Valve

Hey

thanks for your answer...yeas I just ordered a e valve from techchoiceparts.
I already should have known I needed it but we all try to save but I will say this much I think this new year is telling me to stop trying to save anything each time I end up spending more anyways.

Now all I need is all your wisdom and help guiding me through removing it i have read it is a nightmare? True..please say its not so..pLeAsE
