97 is Thumpin' and a Whackin'

I spent cubic dollars on a pair of struts with new springs, thinking it would shut that awful noise in the rear up. It may have made it worse. I've heard log trucks that have a quieter ride when going over some potholes...

What gives?

The '96 we just bought a few weeks ago has a little bit of that going on too. I've read some posts here mentioning anti-sway bar end links or possibly the anti-sway bar bushings are often the culprits. If so, should be an easy fix; I haven't gotten around to checking it out yet.

i agree rear swaybar bushings are very common problems and will make a lot of noise.
