Door Not Opening

Hey all -- I've got a ... fun ... problem that appeared today. My passenger door stopped opening from the outside today. It was working most of the day and then 20 minutes later it's not opening at all.

It's a little ... incovienent. To say the least. I don't think anything is caught in the door -- I did recently replace the speakers in the front, which required taking the door panel off, obviously, but that was weeks ago and nothing happened until today.

Opens fine from the inside though?

Chances are when you had the door apart you bumped the rod that leads from the handle to the lock/latch. If the little retaining clip that holds the rod in place is broken, no worries- you can improvise with tie wraps or find replacement clips at autoparts stores.
