1995 Avalon MIL connector, OBD-II? - Toyota Nation Forum : Toyota Car and Truck Forums

I located the diagnostic connector in the drivers side fuse panel. Does anyone know the ECU system used on the 1995? It's usually 1996 and later that is OBD-II, but this connector looks the same to me. I have a check engine light on and do not want to have to pay a dealer for a diagnostic. The car runs well at 156K and has been serviced regularly throughout it's life. Thanks.

*Sorry... Just found another thread saying there is a label on the firewall in the engine compartment. I'll check there.

its obd 2 and autozone etc can scan your car free

Excellent. Thank you. When I went to Autozone the first time, the problem was that neither of us looked behind the fuse panel cover for the connector. I thought it looked like OBDII.
