How quiet do you want to go? Near stock as possible?

I'm fairly sure that if you want it to be less restrictive you'll have to sacrifice noise. Flowmaster may have something that will work well with Avalons. You might want to check out the 60 Delta mufflers. They're designed for low interior and exterior volume, but it won't be as quiet as the stock muffler. But the upside is you'll have more torque and horse power.

You might want to check out the Hooker AeroChamber also.
