Brake Caliper Slider Pin Grease

I am looking to find a source for the brake caliper pin grease Toyota specs as Lithium Soap Base Glycol Grease or another grease that you have found that works over the long term. I think some other Japanese vehicle manufacturers may refer to the this Lithium Soap Glycol Grease as "rubber grease" by NIGLUBE.

The reason I bring this up is I have read about the other brake greases such as silicone, synthetic or ceramic that eventually cause the caliper pin to seize. This is believed to be cause by a reaction with grease base lubricant and rubber bushing in the metal - rubber bushing pin type system or in the rubber boot in the metal to metal pin. Toyota uses both pin types.

Okay guys and gals,
For the slide Pins, we use 3M Silicone Paste #051135-08946. For the brake Hardware, this is technicians choice; Toyota Disc Brake Grease (08887-80609) or 3M Brake Lube and Anti-Seize Compound #051135-08945.

I know there may be other products on the market that TN members may like, but 3M has been making automotive sealants, greasers, removers, etc probably since the automobile and has been proven and I'd be surprised if you walked into any shop and not see something that they make. I have worked at many dealers across the country and I can tell you that these are really common items at dealers. Some dealers may use something different, but it is just what I have seen in my experience.
