Issues with the kit? You mean how nobody enjoys being in front of your car at night?

I enjoy the HID kits, they're all the same box with someones different sticker attached to them.

Did you see if the bulb was the problem? I'm used to flickering lights being from a bad ballast, but sometimes bulbs don't start right. Id try rotating ballasts from one side of the car to the other, see if the problem persists.

Maybe polarity is switched around on your ballast box, or theres a severe voltage drop/dirty connection to it.

53 for the kit, the other two were warranty replacements.

Thats funny, but no.

I know that, in fact the kit I received yesterday was stickered with another brand than Mod Express.

Its not the bulbs its the ballasts. In the link I posted theres videos of me testing the Mod Express ballasts on my celica that already has a hid kit and they still flicker. I use the ballast from my celica on the Mod Express 9006 avalon bulb and they work fine but with their ballasts they wont. Ill be getting a DDM kit next and well go from there.

yea that is weird. i have DDM kits and i have had no problems like that at all. they come on when theyre supposed to and stay on- they dont flicker or anything. plus, they are $25 for the regular ballast or $35 for the slim ballast.

The kits work great for producing lots of uneven light in halogen housings and blinding other drivers.
